Is there an additive that I can include in my ice cream mix that would raise the freezing temp when using alcohol in the base? Something edible and that doesn't have much taste?

Apologies for not approving your post sooner. I missed it in all the SPAM!
The simple answer is no! Alcohol markedly depresses freezing point and will give you a softer ice cream. If you want to mitigate this effect there is no additive that you can add that will mitigate this effect. However, there may be a work around. You could replace some or all of the sugar with a non nutritive sweetener and polydextrose or inulin.
