There are now 3, free, On Line calculators for determining the lethal, or chemical effects, of heat  on foods following heat treatment.
The first calculator converts temperature values to lethal rates at a user-defined reference temperature and calculates the F or P value using the trapezoid rule. Z and reference temperature values can be varied.

Following a request for a calculator to determine B* and C* values following UHT tratment a new calculator has been provided. In addition the F0 value can also be calculated and the concentration of lactulose predicted.
To provide even greater calculation flexability, a calculator that enables  F0, B* and C* values following UHT treatment at a given temperature for a user-defined duration, in seconds or minutes, was added on the 14th November, 2011.

These calculators should enable the lethal effects of temperature to be calculated for most thermal processes.
