Note! This response was not moved to the correct forum when the "old" forum posts were moved. Apologies! --------------------------- There are several ways in which this can be done. One way is to calculate how many times the milk-solids-not-fat has been concentrated in the powder compared with the raw milk. This factor is then divided into the desired fat content of the powder (32%) to give the required fat concentration in the raw milk.
