Some days I get 50-100 Emails requesting help or information. This volume of Email has now reached the point where I can no longer respond individually to all Emails.
Over the next few weeks I will develop software to filter and automatically respond to most of these Emails.  So apologies in advance if you receive a more 'robotic' and perhaps a 'sharper' response (e.g. I do not provide free consultancy).

I will also consider how  I might provide a restricted forum to deal with queries that people who have made donations to the site have. This would enable me to give more comprehensive responses to queries e.g. the effects of pH, temperature and 'food factors' on the destruction of spores.

Please post queries for information or help on the forums and try not to send Emails. If you have obtained a spreadsheet or are using a site service and you have problems with the software continue to Email me directly. Please include an explanatory title e.g. help with spreadsheets or help with ice cream mix calculator or  use words such as not working or error. I can configure the Email filters to select these for personal attention.
