I am sorry for not approving this post earlier. I missed it in the SPAM. 
I did respond to your Email around early November but you did not get back to me.

There has been no demand for calculators for popsicle, Sherbet or similar products. Hence I do not currently offer any. They are very simple to produce. However with virtually no demand it would not be cost effective for me to offer them. Many people use the existing spreadsheets and the On Line calculator to calculate mixes. However, they were not designed to do this.
