Sorry I cannot recommend references to an out of scope topic like this one. If you want to investigate this area then you might find the published work on cats interesting! Use Google Scholar and search for calcium oxalate and struvite in cat urine. The literature indicates that it is relatively easy to manipulate pH and that this does influence the concentration of oxalate and struvite but that there are other factors involved.
Renal problems require professional help from medical practitioners. Hence I do not want to take this topic further. No further posts please.. |

This topic although interesting is not for this website. But, yes it is possible to raise or lower the pH of urine by dietary modification. Struvite and calcium oxalate formation in urine can be influenced significantly by diet.
