You can also download an Excel spreadsheet at http://www.dairyscience.info/index.php/technology/215-wholemilk-powder.html if you want to check calculations on your Mac or PC when you do not have Internet-acess.

Just found site! We make fat filled powders. To make 38% fat what fat do we need in mix for drying?
