Citation tools for formatting On Line periodicals, death, birth and marriage certificates and publications from International Organisations e.g. WHO http://www.dairyscience.info/harvard - have been added .

Protocols for citing On Line sources continue to evolve and I have updated most of the wizards to reflect current consensus. The use of the term "On Line" in citations will probably cease fairly soon.
