I am now running the website in test mode using Joomla 3.2.1. I hope to run the main site on Joomla 3 by the end of February.

So far I am very impressed by Joomla 3.2. Yes there are a few bugs but it is a major improvement on an already very good Joomla 2.5.

I have failed to get the recommended update path to work and had to use a commercial database migration tool which worked fairly well.
