Have you resolved this query? I presume that you want to add sufficient MSNF to approximate the SNF in a dairy fat creamer.

We are making dairy tea creamer with milk SNF, sugar and vegetable fat. I wonder that milk SNF Formula doesn't give accurate results i e.0.25LR+0.22fat+0.72
Any suggestions to ammend the formula. |
