Consistent with the UK Dairy Day 2015 Sharing Knowledge theme, visitors to UK Dairy Day can access a new 'Making More of Milk' zone. This is the first time the UK has provided dairy farmers access to a bespoke area dedicated to making more of milk - an idea of particular relevance in the current economy.
