Professor Doug Goff from the University of Guelph, Canada will be the lead trainer on an ice cream course at University College Cork (UCC) on the 16th to 18th February 2016. Professor Goff is a widely respected scientist who is a global expert on both the science and manufacture of ice cream and related products.
