Cheese Science & technology training course at UCC

The Food Industry Training Unit at University College Cork (UCC) is taking enrolments for its latest Cheese Science & technology training course. The course will be held over the 3 – 5th February 2016. 

The lead trainers are cheese science and technology experts Professors Tim Guinee (Teagasc) and Paul McSweeney (UCC).
