There is relatively little information on the diversity of Polish cheeses. Professor Marek Kosmulski has decided to change this and has published a book detailing some 600 Polish cheeses. This is available free as a download. The book, in Polish, consists of a series of brief descriptions of each cheese accompanied by photographs.
