Dairy Science and Food Technology molarity calculator

The molarity calculators below are provided as a service to students and laboratory staff to check their calculations. It is not unusual for students and others to miscalculate the volumes of solutions or the weight of compounds required to produce solutions. Hopefully the calculation check provided by the calculators will be of value to users.

Calculate the weight of a compound required to produce a standard solution to a given molarity.
Calculate the volume of a standard solution required to produce a test solution of desired molarity  and  volume.
Molar   Molar
Millimolar (mM)   Millimolar (mM)
Micromolar (µM)   Micromolar (µM)
